My secret spy has been at it again. Today we’ll start with this subway advertisement for Levitra, the erectile dysfunction drug. The advertisement reads “gan de hao” above the thumbs up, which would be something like “doing great” in Mandarin, but in Taiwanese is slang for “fucking great”. Isn’t that a cute play on language? I never really paid attention to that ad before because I thought it was for a gas company or something.
