In fact, I will take steps to ensure that only a limited number of consonants are available to be used. I get the feeling sometimes that Taiwanese government officials don't make a lot of sense sometimes. The guys stuck holding the "DOG" and "CAT" license plates look like morons. The Taiwan government could make a lot of money selling custom plates to dog and cat fanciers. Where's Taiweiner when you need him to set the facts straight?
