I have been soooo busy with stuff, so I haven’t been posting much. However, as a stopgap, I am recycling one of the most loved photos I have put up here–the famous cheese platter at the luxurious Ta Shee Resort.

Hahaha, the ‘western breakfast’ part of the buffet at a hotel we stayed at Alisan mtn (Spelling?) consisted of chips. I can’t say its something I would often have for breakfast …

What is one supposed to do with those things? Does it come with a steamed bun platter? How about an elegant cheese wrapper disposal bin? What is that wooden contraption?

I think the slices are meant to be eaten plain like to fine fromage it is
